    Appears to be as described. Reasonably fast post. I have tested it and it seems to work ok. It does get very hot during operation. My only real complaint is that the battery terminal leads are fairly short meaning, I would imagine, potential difficulties if one wishes to test a battery that's awkwardly located. Meagre instructions are printed in Chenglish so I downloaded them for an identical machine from another manufacturer. For the price though I'm reasonably happy with it. Good seller.
