The seller insisted it was functioning as designed.Didn't have the time to continue the back and forth,decided to discard it, losing only about $20. The video showed the device working as it should, the device stayed on. When you turn on the device, all icons flash at once. Sort of like turning on a car, all the emergency lights will flash. Only the lights that stay on after the fact, determine whether or not the device has an issue. The low battery icon didn't stay on so no defect. The buyer wanted a refund for a working device, which I simply cannot do.
