Contacted the eBay seller team, they don’t follow eBay process and will send you to their website warranty team, so no help in ebay. Should have been offered replacement by the eBay team straightaway, not forced to go through warranty on a “brand new” item. Was not willing to be stuffed around longer and have to pay to get my pool clear again. Fixed the seal myself and will buy somewhere else next time.

Updates came via email to let me know it was on it’s way. I reckon 3 days and it was at my local PO. The product is an Aiper cordless robotic pool cleaner which is one of the best selling and best rated brands. It has already done a lap of our pool and so easy to use and the debris basket so easy to access and clean. Will be a big improvement over my old chord connected cleaner. Thanks guys!
