    I’ve been taking this for many years. At one time my thyroid was really out of whack. After a period of time it helped regulate my levels to where it is normal. I continue this once a day. Highly recommend this. It does take an adjustment period. I had been on a high dose prescription and stopped it to do this route instead. Much healthier.
