    The initial payment was accepted right away. I was notified by ebay about needing to pay duty. Promptly paid and shipment still wasnt sent out. Contacted seller a week later asking about delay, they simply refunded the product with no actual reply or explanation. Duties are not reimbursed as per E-Bay policy. Pretty sure I'm not the only one scammed.
