    I was so excited to receive this bag to use on an upcoming vacation in the fall for a long flight. Unfortunately, not only did the bag have a seam over 2 inches long ripping in the main compartment, the seller did not include the toiletry bag as indicated in the listing. This seller has great feedback so I'm sure this was just a rushed posting and I thought she would correct her mistake and pay to have this damaged item returned. Unfortunately the seller is not taking responsibility!
