The people I dealt with were (are) very gracious and empathetic, and always willing to help if a problem happens. The problems happened during shipping, the first time a theft of the object(I recieved an empty box) and the second time the parcel was held up somewhere around customs I guess. But each time I reached out to the people at Paulsons, they were always there to help and get things right. Have the utmost confidence in these people.
