      Extremely unhappy with these blinds (2) and the seller. The blinds took more than 4 weeks to travel 60k. They were 3 weeks overdue. The seller rarely responds & provides inaccurate information. They were poorly packed & badly damaged when finally delivered. I can’t use one of them as it’s bent and creased (not good for a roller blind) with parts missing because the packaging was pathetic. Notified the seller with 5-6 images as proof more than 24 hours ago. Again, will not respond. eBay no help.
