Communication with the seller is terrible, takes forever to get a response and even then there is no real sense of a conversation. I believe they are using AI to handle the messaging. Was supposed to come with a XC 5.0ah battery as pictured but instead came with a XC 3.0ah battery. Asked for a partial refund for the price difference in batteries and received it. Never received an apology for sending the wrong stuff in the first place.
