Box had very little soft packing inside. When I opened the box, the phone was loose with the cord, charger, and sim tool Laying right on the exposed phone screen. Very lucky the phone and screen didn't get damaged. When you buy a $500 phone, it should be packed so there is no movement inside the box as the box probably got thrown around a dozen times from TX to WI
