Looks like they tried to clean it but did not do a very good job and even left the hopper off track when they put it back together. Food particles, scratches on the hopper and water spots from cleaning clearly show this was not a new item. It probably would have sold for this same price if they had listed it as used. I returned it solely based on the lie of it being listed as new out of box.
