    A must for Remo Silent Mesh Head

    Seriously, even on the non-felt side of your beater, playing double bass, you will quickly wear on your Remo Silent Stroke Bass Drum head. The Remo double beater pad will help that head last. Of course you won't be as silent, but better than replacing with a new head every month! Make sure the surface of the head is good and clean. After applying the pad, let it cure for a couple of days before playing. Mine is good and solid now!

    SLAP THE SLAM

    THE SLAM PADS ARE GREAT. I WONT USE ANY OTHER. IN MY OPINION THEY HELP GIVE THE BASS DRUM A LITTLE MORE MUFFLE, AND THE SLAM PADS LAST FOREVER. THEY HELP TO CONTROL THE SOUND AND HELP WITH SOME OVERTONES, AND THEY ARE THE BEST PADS TO PROTECT YOUR BASS DRUM HEAD FROM THE HEAVY POUNDING THAT THE BASS DRUM HEAD TAKES. I BOUGHT THE EVANS PADS, AND AS I OPENED THE PKG, I QUICKLY WENT ON LINE TO BUY THE REMO SLAM PADS. THEY ARE ON MY OTHER TWO DRUM KITS, AND I COULDN'T USE ANY OTHER PAD.
