      Good

      I do like it although I would have preferred to not have a 'ditch' which I assume is to catch fat on the flat side as this wastes a lot of space, it being a small griddle already. I also would have preferred not to have 'benzer' embossed on the flat side as this has eliminated my being able to make crepes on it. However, for the price it is good value and still allows for seriously fluffy pancakes. Also good for preheating and baking bread on.
