    Quiet Fan

    This fan I purchased for my TenTec linear amp. The original fan had to be replaced. The one I put in was very noisy. This fan was my choice due to the specs. It has a good low noise rating. It also moves a reasonable amount of air. The fan was thinner, and easier to install. It has a metal body, and is quiet. The old one would pass it's vibration to the metal cabinet which made a lot of noise with the cabinet amplifying it. This fan was dead quiet with no vibration. Cost, shipping, packaging, and included items were great. I would definitely buy this type again. I highly recommend it. George

    I will be shopping around for another fan to replace it.

    Muffin fans are usually very quiet. This one isn't. Its noise level might be lower, but it definitely isn't quiet enough for me.

    Great little fan to cool laptop

    I have a laptop with a bunch of elevator music on it to play in the office. The laptop is inside a wood cabinet and the battery used to get quite warm. I was leery of closing the glass front door on the cabinet, so it stayed open all day. I cut a hole under the laptop and installed the fan to pull the warm air out of the cabinet. Even with the door closed, cool air can still seep in around the edges because it is not an airtight cabinet. Good airflow with a relatively low amount of noise. With the music on, I can't hear it at all. Works great so far. It is rated to last for 10,000's hours so it should last a long time.

    Great for my old Frigidaire Reefer!!

    Rather than spend 200 bucks on a replacement factory condenser fan, I thought I'd try mounting this unit in place of the mostly non-working factory fan. It was easy easy to splice in the factory fan AC line to the new fan, and now the unit runs so very quietly, and my reefer even gets cold again!! ...No more mooshy Ice cream!

    Cool Man, Cool!
