      The item is exactly as described. The unit is brand new in great condition and works excellently. The box, as described and with pictures, is in horrible shape. They did not mention the weird smell. Shipping took a while, it seems because USPS is having some logistical problems currently. It was packed decently for shipping. This is a terrific unit and a super bargain at this price. Very pleased with this transaction. (except for this weird smell. What is this stuff?)

      Just the right size and features!

      Well Weber did it again! Perfect electric portable BBQ grill, that cooks evenly-distributing the heat inside better than any other electric grill I have ever had. Instructions are clear, assembled in a few minutes, and ready to cook. I love the hinged, tight fitting lid, which helps it to become a convection oven. I'm impressed by the way it drains out the excess juices flowing through an opening at the bottom of the unit, and falling into the disposable aluminum tray below. Cleaning of metal grill - a breeze! Effortlessly wipe out the grill after using it and ready for the next time! Cooks chicken all the way, keeping in the moisture and flavor. I recommend this product, and I am happy to own this grill!       Great Electric Grill

      I wanted to replace an identical, earlier model of this Weber grill. Although it comes in a propane model, I don’t like to store unused gas in a seasonal house. This model has improvements in design that I like. I’ve grilled everything from fillets to hot dogs and everything turns out great. True Weber quality.

      Always rely on Weber

      Loved the previous portable Weber I owned and it lasted for years! Decided to try another brand once my original Weber had finally died. The other grill lasted a few months before the electric coil gave out and exploded apart! Thrilled to go back to a new Q1400 Weber and I will never make that mistake the same mistake of trying another brand again!
