When you are completing the exercises, Nike+ Kinect Training for the Microsoft Xbox 360 offers real-time feedback so that you can correct your movements, check your form, and adjust your pace to the appropriate level of exertion for your abilities. While you are completing a workout, a virtual trainer monitors your progress. The trainer offers tips about your movement and form so that you get the most from your workout.
