    I have used Melatonin, in many mg's. and forms (gummies, liquid, etc) and this is the first one that has actually worked! I take 2 (suggested is only 1). The taste is a pleasant berry taste and I don't require liquids to "flush" the taste.

    Waste of money

    Took it for two nights in a row and it didn't help at all. It was a waste of money. Will not be ordering it again. It might work for some people, but it didn't work for me.

    Balance Breens Melatonin 20mg work great!

    Best brand of Melatonin! I have tried several brands of Melatonin and thius brand definitely works the best for me. Som did nothing espcially those at 1-5mg per dose.

    Effective but nasty traste

    A good value and it does make me sleepy. However, just swallow it (very small) instead of chewing it. The taste is nasty and stays with you for hours
