Packed into small satchel which had come apart by the time it was delivered with quite a few skeins stuck to the adhesive and therefore damaged. Do not know if all the wool made it as package partially open . Seller admitted had underquoted postage so removed wool from plastic bags to try and fit in smaller bag quoted. Unfortunately the postage option I choose was not satisfactory for the buyer which I completely understand now and I have apologised to the buyer directly.
