    The item was described as new, but when I received the package, the seal on the box was broken showing that it had been opened. The product showed signs of use such as water stains on the glass, a pen mark on the base and some wear on the bottom of the kettle. The product was in a good condition, but definitely not new. I messaged the seller and they were quick to offer a partial refund as compensation. While I appreciate the compensation, I felt deceived as we were looking for a new product.

    Excellent cable modem with WiFi

    Easy to set up. WiFi range is excellent. Many cable modems do not include WiFi, so no separate WiFi router needed. Would recommend for anyone who has Gigabit service from your internet provider.
