    Ich habe zwei Farben zur Auswahl bestellt : Beach Blonde und Platinumblond, kamen nach schneller Lieferzeit an, die Haare waren farblich komplett identisch. Die Bestellung wurde also wieder zurückgesendet und der Käufer wollte mir nur einen Teil des Kaufpreises zurückerstatten. Ich habe die Haare ausgepackt, ja, aber ich habe sie nicht aus der Halterung gelöst, gebürstet o.ä., die Haaren wurden original zurückgesendet, wie die angekommen sind. Keine Klärung mit Käufer möglich. Nie wieder!
