    Despite reading a few customer complaints in their feed back, My rug arrived in two days and they communicated perfectly fine with me an easy transition, wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again. The color in the ad is slightly less vibrant than in person it looked bright red it's actually a more maroon red which for me worked out perfectly. Just be aware that there is a slight color variance from the pictures to the in person item.

    Great steamer, but...

    This steamer was considered a good choice for killing bedbugs and that resulted in my buying it. It has a generous boiler capacity of 48 ounces good for 45 minutes of steam. I didn't need all of the 14 accessories but it's good to have them 'cause you never know. It's performance was satisfying. My only complaints are that the push button is badly placed and difficult for my large hands to hold comfortably and I just couldn't get the constant button to engage. And Steamfast included a measuring cup but not the important funnel and the 2 funnels we have were too wide to insert in the filling hole so we had to take extra steps to fill the boiler. All in all a good steamer.

    Gets the job done fast and easy

    Quality product has done an excellent job on every task so far. I have steam cleaned all the doors in my house, the refrig, dishwasher, microwave, sinks, range top, oven, walls, grout, tile, bathroom fixtures, windows, sliding glass door track, siding oh the house, shed, zero turn mower, car exterior and interior, garage floor....almost got my wife but fortunately she moved. So far no complaints
