    Excellant value for the price

    Great value for vintage equipment (2009). Very stable and constructed for durability. Seek time was fast and quite. I inserted warped optical media on purpose and the drive ran with little vibration and tracked accurately. The product I received looked never used or opened despite the product production year of 2009. Only issue and warning, this device is power hungry and will require two (USB type A) ports to power and operate correctly. This maybe an issue with newer laptops now days with limited legacy USB ports or laptops with only type C USB ports. I believe this optical drive would not have issues with a desktop system with legacy USB type A ports. I am happy with the purchase and this optical drive will serve as a backup to my primary drive.

    Excellent CD/DVD external burner !.

    This is the best burner bar non, re the best quality. Pity that Toshiba have stopped making it tho'. You have to search online to find one.
