When I contacted the seller, I was informed that the item was lost in the mail and was immediately offered two similar items to replace the single missing item. The new items then were mailed promptly and were exactly as described. Items were securely packaged and, as a result, were undamaged during shipment. Buyer appreciated the communication from the seller throughout this process. Great resolution.
