I bought this antenna for the caravan to operate on both vertical & horizontal polarization with increased gain. It works well to my expectation on a HD pool pole but it needs a 12v amplifier. Travelling the east coast and especially Queensland, you need an antenna that will provide robust gain with multi polarization to cater for the range of low power transmitters at a distance.
