    This grinder is both simple to use and very effective at grinding. Fast, easy and cleaning is a breeze. Just pop it into the dishwasher. Would highly recommend.

    Great unit. Strong but not indestructible.

    Does a great job of grinding spices, nuts, coffee, sugar, salt. Never buy castor sugar, just grind up some raw sugar. This is our second Cuisinart Nut and Spice grinder. The base of the cup may break if dropped on the floor but repaired with super glue. Tip - make sure the cup is well connected to the base before grinding. Also don't let the grandchildren use it unsupervised!
