Anyway contacted seller through EBay and within hour , got the full refund. A great Credit to them. Contacted seller, he says nothing he can do & I need to chase it up with Australia Post but Australia Post can t do anything as the seller send all packages untracked. Yes, I knew the order was being sent untracked, that s why I assumed it was sellers responsibility to fix the problem not Aus Post. I then left a negative comment after seller said nothing he can do . Seller sees my comment and arranges a full refund and asks me to review comment.Reply from: brisbanebrugmansia- Feedback replied by seller brisbanebrugmansia.- Feedback replied by seller brisbanebrugmansia.This order was dispatched on time, by the postage method buyer selected - untracked domestic letter. When the buyer recently advised order not received, I advised them to file a report advising same, so a full refund could be processed. Buyer didn't do this. Today I received an aggressive email informing me "Negative review coming for you". At that point, I marked order as not received and refunded in full and informed the buyer of same. There's clearly no pleasing some selfish, bitter people.
