They volume is loud enough and they rest comfortably around my head. I'm not sure why but occasionally the track will start and jump to a new one. I've assumed this is me accidently pressing buttons, but I don't now if it is a fault? Loading music tracks (files) was a straight forward process if you've done anything like in the past. Storage may not be what is quoted, but it still a great deal of songs
