    Extreme gaming CPU 6 core hexacore

    These i7 - 4960x extreme processors are cool running and I have it clocked all cores @ 4.1 ghz and it screams through all test with flying colors !!     Pros: - Fast - Nice Features and Amount of Cores - Decent Clock Speed - Can stay below 50 Degrees C under OC Load Cons: - It doesn't have a name according to windows other than "Intel Processor" - Lower Cache and Clock Speed than OEM but overclockable - Worse Compatibility due to an ES Nature

    An excellent processor for semi heavy production loads.

    With 12 cores video encoding is much more manageable and in terms of a gaming processor it may not have excellent single core performance but for around 200-300 its still an Excellant LGA 2011-1 chip with reasonable enough gains over the 4930K to make upgrading for a budget price reasonable.

    In perfect working order

    I was unsure because of the low price, but the CPU does work and is in the top 25 percentile of overclockers. Under a triple rad it is pulling 4.5Ghz at 1.25v with sub-70 degree heat.
