    Transcriber works well!!!

    I'm so happy with this purchase. I purchased a refurbished transcriber from Amazon and it didn't work so I had to send it back. I was worried about ordering this because the volume didn't work well on my older one and the "new" refurbished one had the same problem. Reviews I read said this was a common problem. I sent a question to be sure the volume worked and got a quick positive response. It arrived and I tested it today and it's PERFECT!!! I'm very happy with my purchase and I'll be sure to save you as my preferred vendor!
