Arrived a little late due to COVID but I think that the wait was worth it.Arrived 28/12/2022

Pick up was from a hard to find warehouse across Sydney. The frame supplied is not designed for a sloping surface and has no adjustments. The instructions are for the N-hemisphere and differ from what is actually supplied. Some of the installed threaded pipe fittings were loose and not sealed properly, hence leaks. The "dust seals" don't seal and let rain water into the tank insulation. Not happy !! The tubes are just as described and fitted my collector no worries. Supplementary freight cost sent directly to North Solar, total freight $165.
