She provided pictures of the Herend piece that I wanted and after noticing a slight (to my mind immaterial) imperfection and offered to cancel the purchase. The package arrived right when she said it would and was professionally wrapped against any breakage. Her price also was very fair in a market I am not unfamiliar with. She has my vote.
