The wigs need a little touching up (which the seller notes in their description) because it's in a box (duh!) but it was packaged carefully so that what's needed is minimal. Didn't realize it came with a free wig cap too. I confused myself on the shipping date and contacted the seller, who sent a very kind response with info I should've read beforehand.
