The item is exactly as advertised and the seller was very honest about finding, and reporting, a weight discrepancy which resulted in a partial refund. This was very much appreciated. However, the item was shipped to the opposite side of the country and was not received when expected. I don't believe that was the fault of the seller, just our wonderful package delivery system.

  • Delightful extension to the Red River Series

The Home to Blessing Trilogy allows the reader to share the angst, trials, confusion, triumphs and joys of Ingeborg Bjorklund's daughter Astrid as she seeks God's will for her life. There is the choice to go to Chicago for more medical training or to stay in her beloved Blessing and continue to be trained by her sister-in-law, Dr. Elizabeth Bjorklund. Blessing also includes a young man who has recently returned to town and is showing more than a little interest. But, then Astrid begins to wonder if God is calling her to Africa. Dr. Red Hawk, a surgeon she meets from a nearby reservation, questions her thinking and suggests that perhaps the Indians are her Africans. Dr. Elizabeth doesn't want to push (nor does Ingeborg) but a new hospital has long been a dream of all the Bjorklund women. ...
