      Unbelievable sound regardless of price!

      I'm restoring an 84' Corolla (aka AE86). I don't want to sacrifice some creature comforts in the name of performance, but also don't want the added weight of a sub-woofer and the associated box. So, I did a bunch of research on the best performing 6.5" mid-range to install in the rear parcel shelf and decided on these bad boys. I'm pushing them with a Rockford Fosgate Punch P400X4 and I've gotta say, WOW! Immediately the sound was amazing. After a little amp tuning and the addition of some BoomMat pods these speakers deliver amazing, full sound. Even a little sub-woofer style rumble. Keep in mind, they are not subs and do not deliver the high volume, low frequency BASS that a sub will deliver. But, they do sound awesome!
