Does the job, but trouble with the mount
The thumb tab for the shower adjust works perfectly. The fittings don't leak even though they're plastic. The shortcoming is the hose which is designed to appear like the easy flexing cable style that comes on more expensive hand held showers. The hose on the Sprite shower we had was made to be extremely flexible and easy to manage. This is NOT flexible and even after a month of use, retains a lot of the bend that where there when it came out of the box. It is so stiff that it has actually pushed the hand unit out of it's mount. The hand unit, while not a fly weight, is much heavier than the entire hose, but the hose still had more resistance and the unit wouldn't stay in the mount. I am happy with the different spray adjustments and size, and the price paid was fantastic. A hose ... The thumb tab for the shower adjust works perfectly. Wouldn't have a shower without one of these
I bought this to replace the Conair we've had the past 8 or 10 years. The part that screws onto the downpipe finally broke after years of use. I like the many different settings of this shower head. What I didn't like was the cheap hose that came with it. My last Conair had a metal encased hose, this one came with a stiff PVC plastic hose. I was able to use my old hose with the new parts. For the price I paid, this was an excellent deal.I bought this to replace the Conair we've had the past 8 or 10 years. The part that screws onto the downpipe finally broke after years of use. Piece of junk. DONT BUY!
Broke on me in two weeks. Leaked water as soon as I turned it on and then the nobs were all cracked on it and then eventually completely fell apart into pieces. Went to Home Depot and bought a REAL shower head for $28. Spend the extra at the store don't buy this pos.
