It might not have survived a Samsonite guerrilla, but it was more than enough for the usual mishandling by some shippers. Thoughtful communication was also included in the package. It's those extra steps that make you feel valued as a customer. Player 2 Games and More is a top eBay seller in my book.

Lesson learned. If you really want GOTY, Special or Ultimate edition of modern games you gotta buy new or factor in cost of buying DLC separately. Seller did warn of this in listing - "Item may not include original inserts such as advertisements or trial codes. DLC codes may already be USED for opened/used games".
