My old controller looks nothing like either of the two that got replaced by the newest one - but all buttons matched, and and the new ones work great!! They arrived well packed and I am really happy with the seller. One other note - my bed is so old, they had not invented the Learn Button yet :) , just unplug the bed for 2 minutes, plug it in and it will be in Learn Mode.
