The CPU arrived on time and in very good packaging. The condition looks like new. It runs very well and it is a notable upgrade of my previous i7 920. It is worth mentioning that it runs at a much lower temperature. As a result, the fans spin slower, so there is lower noise! I was not expecting that! Maybe, the included thermal paste also helped with that. It is definitely worth it!

Very well packed for shipping. Tracking didn't work after item left origin country, but arrived here on the earliest estimated date. Installed into MacPro5,1 --- necessary to do SMC Reset and NVRAM Reset to get the maximum memory speed after next startup.
