Since shipping was international, it took 3 weeks from placing the order to arrive, but the seller was great at communicating this with me and providing a tracking number so I could see where my package was at. The game I received was not the complete collection with both expansion packs as described, but again the seller was very easy to work with to correct the mistake and make things right.

However, great communication by the seller and I recieved a refund without having to send the package back. He explained that "these" (Sims 3 expansions, I presume) were a bit of a hit or miss and he apologised. I would still recommend, but to be aware that these mistakes do happen.
