      Horrible experience with this seller who blatantly lied and falsely listed items they never intended to sell at the price listed they have horrible customer service and extremely slow or no response to questions or concerns I will never buy another product from Swann in the future I will actually be removing the rest of the items I own from them and be proceeding with any other manufacturer I find based on this transaction I gave them a chance to do the right thing and ship the products!!!!!!!!.

      Cameras work but need several time consuming steps to be successful

      Be aware that several time consuming steps are required to get the cameras working. First, the batteries are completely discharged and they take hours to recharge; I charged them overnight. Second, the pairing process was difficult, you have to have the slower, intermittent, blue light to be successful. Third, several "updates" are needed after the successful pairing, which again takes hours to complete for each camera. They do work well after the installation steps are taken, but much patience is needed.

      The motion detector don't work like it's supposed to

      The motion detector don't work the mailman goes to deliver mail but you can only see when they are leaving . I am very disappointed infrared don't work either.
