There was a mix up w/the shipping too, but that wasn't the sellers fault. That was FedEx & Amazon Logistics fault. Anyways I only paid $8 for this or something so I'm not sending it back. We still love it tho & are happy to have it! My son immediately got me to put his VReader in it & pull the lil cartridge out to put in 1 of the 6 slots I believe inside. It's too cute! He's already carrying it!
