    Does not fit without modifying the mounting holes.

    I have a 2021 F150 but unfortunately the door check did not fit the existing mounting holes from the original door check (LHS front door). I had to drill out the holes to match the new door check. The studs on the new door check were approximately 1/4 inch further apart then the original door check. Good quality part but unfortunately the wrong part to fit my truck.
