    Perfect as an eyeshadow topper

    This is perfect for my purpose which is to use it as an eyeshadow topper to make any eyeshadow look like the expensive ones sold. I got this tip.on YouTube from two makeup influencers who talk about one and done shadows. I am very pleased. It would also make a great highlighter for.me only for very specific occasions.
