    Worst customer service ever. Ceramic items arrive broken & seller tells me to take it up with USPS , then insinuates that I created the damage to my own item because a metal item in the box wasn’t broken! Shipping fee $17 and “green” packing materials were a strip of tape, old plastic baggies & a few brittle pieces of ancient styrofoam. Refused to refund either shipping fee or item price & disavowed any responsibility whatsoever. Absolutely astounding surreal experience Must need $$ real bad

    Buyer deliberately broke unwanted items & left more fragile undamaged. When I became suspicious of how other things weren’t broken, he gave me a negative feedback! Shipping was $12 with $5 discount. Ebay says I have to cancel all items in combined sale, not just 1. Packing was a new box, each item packed in bubble wrap w/crushed Styrofoam pieces to fill the space. I told the buyer the item was insured & damaged pieces can easily be fixed with super glue.
