It appears to have been installed but has no age deterioration to the cabinet. Unfortunately I cannot vouch as to whether it works or not as I have not had it installed yet. It will not be installed within the warranty period of 30 days as the gas is not available yet. I believe that the warranty is much too short and should be longer, I will contact the seller and see if they will extend the period.

I purchased the 26L natural gas hot water system to replace my existing one. As it's just on Christmas I will have to wait a couple of months before I can have it fitted due to limited funds.

No response to emails sent. No clue where it is. Acknowledge there has been bad weather and Aus Post had ceased deliveries so are hoping this is the cause of the delay but with no way to tell where it even is, who knows???

Had a bit of dramas with tracking, had to ring chromagen directly to sort it out. Very poor communication through Facebook. Once I rang them the lady I spoke with sorted everything out promptly. Word of advice to chromagen, please pack your items better and always ensure tracking is uploaded to ebay asap!
