Monitor had a slight scuff on the screen but, doesn’t affect the display when on and being used. Some dinks and scuffs around the stand and back but, nothing worth being upset about. Still a great 5:4 monitor at 75hz especially for Retro Gaming! Love it! Cost is also a great deal! Over all I’m satisfied with my purchase!

Condition wise the stand for the monitor had some blemishes, but that is to be expected because it was sold as used. Overall appearance regarding the monitors screen is very good. No scratches. Packed very well! If it were dropped by being delivered I'd say it would've survived just fine! I'd come back to this seller for more used pc items if I needed them.

Items listed as new & unopened, but security tape looked tampered with, so I cut the tape with a knife to open the boxes. Both units were missing their batteries (that should have included with a "new and unopened unit"). Contacted seller, and at their request provided photos of the tampered security tape. Purchase price was refunded. Frustrating purchase, but situation was handled well by seller. Errors happen.
