We were not home when the parcel arrived, so we were told it would go back to the depot and we would be notified. After 3 days no notification, we called and were told item still in transit. Another 3 days passed and called again. It had arrived back at the depot. An hour wait at the depot and we finally got our boxes. The product is good but the courier company used is terrible.
