Moreover, the backrest of the seat cannot be reclined. We apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience. We are willing to arrange a partial refund for you. You can keep this item. The harness doesn’t secure to the actual frame. It is highly likely to tip on even the slightest uneven surface.
