    Excellent buds. Uses tap sequences only for controls, no dragging up or down for volume. Sound quality, EQ and ANC is excellent. Easy to lose however. The charge case is tiny which is good but makes it easier to lose. Weight is about 40grams inside the case. Impressive overall.

    Average product Connection is unstable. Sound quality is inferior as well compared to XM4. They are shiny and a bit too small, making them harder to handle Earbuds tips are improved but the fit is still a bit strange with the tips, it doesnt sit as well as before. So overall everything going in the reverse, atleast the battery seems to be stable so far.. but feel this will fail after 2 years as well like XM4.

    Exceptional sound. Lousy eartips.

    The depth of sound, the clarity and the definition/separation of instruments and voices is truly outstanding. The product is let down by substandard eartips which are almost impossible to fit properly and get a good seal. I am now purchasing various separate aftermarket tips to try and get a good fit. Sony should not cut corners on eartips for their flagship buds.

    Superb sound and comfort

    An improvement on the WF-1000XM4 both in function and comfort. A similar sound performance to the XM4 which is superb. The separate pairing function is brilliant enabling easy transfer between smartphone and computer. The design for the new earpads improved the fit and retention of the earpiece. The refurbished item had a couple of blemishes but otherwise as new. Early to tell whether the listening time is compromised by the age of the unit. A great buy!
