    Fantastic refurbished item so far, no slow down even with Linux option enabled

    This was my first experience of buying a 2nd use (refurbished) computer. So far this has been fantastic. Unlike a few Chromebooks with 4GB RAM I've tried, this Chromebook with 8GB RAM works smoothly without slowing down the entire computer even when Linux option is activated (in my usage, where I only use Linux to run Emacs text editor, which is missing on Chrome OS IMO). Trackpoint works very well so far. If only this level of functionality came with touch panel...
